1、 Overview
The DF series starch specific pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pump developed by our company based on the production process characteristics of the starch industry through relevant scientific research departments and experts. It is an ideal professional equipment suitable for the starch industry and solves the problems of general centrifugal pumps such as fragile seals and short component life.
2、 Performance
Flow rate: 1.6~400m3/h
Lift: 5-125m
Temperature: 0~180 ℃
Pressure: not exceeding 1.6MPa
3、 Design Features
The DF type starch specific pump is designed around factors such as the medium, operating conditions, and usage requirements of the starch industry. The impeller adopts a rear opening design with a wide flow channel, which is not easily blocked and can generate negative pressure. It has good sealing effect and long service life. The seal adopts mechanical seal and is equipped with water cooling device. Due to the scientific and reasonable design of the sealing and suspension components of the pump, it operates smoothly, with low noise and high efficiency.
The overcurrent components of the pump are made of stainless steel materials such as SUS304 and SUS316L.
